Scheduling You can either call us at
1-888-DUMBO-11, email us at contact@dumbomoving.com , or click on “free estimate” for us to call you. We will not give you an estimate, but an all inclusive flat rate price (with basic valuation coverage). We can price your move via email, fax, on the phone, or by an in-home appointment.

Inventory An all inclusive flat rate price will be given to your move based on the list of items you provided. So our pricing system is completely transparent and simple. No hidden fees or surcharges.

Boxes At your convenience, and upon your request, we will deliver boxes to your door step for no additional charge.

Confirmation To keep your mind at ease, we will contact you before the move and confirm the entire moving plan; the time and address, the list of items that are moved, and the fixed rate price.

Packing Our professional moving crew will arrive at your location at the designated time, and gently pack your belongings; Blankets, tape, bubble and shrink wrap, electronics, wardrobe, and pictures are all free of charge. All furniture will be properly protected and padded, and required pieces will be skillfully disassembled.

The Move Our certified and experienced moving crew will deliver all your belongings to your new home. Our foremen are the owners of Dumbo Moving & Storage, and are there at each job making sure that your possessions are safe, that all the proper documentation and basic valuation coverage are in order, and most importantly, that you are smiling throughout the move.

Arrival The same crew will set up your belongings in your new home, place them where you please, and reassemble the required pieces.
